The Altar of the New Testament and Founders Hall

On the campus of one of the state’s oldest universities, Founders Hall is an 1840s Greek Revival building that serves as the center of activity for Athens State University. The altar is housed at Founders Hall and features detailed wood carvings of New Testament scenes and figures.
